CaptureFoundry uses information submitted through its contact form to receive and respond to the inquiry. Inquiry consent is not marketing consent.
The form may collect name, email, company, phone, inquiry type, message, consent evidence, and limited anti-abuse data. Approved submissions are stored in the AVAVIC CRM for follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information needed to detect automated abuse.
Public inquiries are protected by validation, rate limiting, a honeypot, and Cloudflare Turnstile before approved data is routed to the AVAVIC CRM.
